Earlier this year, I mentioned that a new book about the prosecution of domestic violence had been published by the Oxford University Press.
I am now very excited to report that Prosecuting Domestic Violence: A Philosophical Analysis, by Michelle Madden Dempsey, has been awarded 2nd prize in the 2009 Peter Birks Book Prize, offered by the Society of Legal Scholars.
The award was announced in September 2009 at the Society of Legal Scholars Centenary Dinner held at Keele University during the Society’s recent Annual Conference.
